Alish Roarty
Alish is the president and owner of ARC Facilitation & Training, Hawai'i. She has been in Human Resources Management for over 20 years, and a trusted advisor for Hawai'i businesses for over 17 years. Alish has held training leadership roles at Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii, Hawaiian Airlines, and Syska Hennessy Group. She is considered a valued people, culture, and HR "thought partner" for her clients in industries like Healthcare, Aviation, Engineering, Retail, Government and Education. Alish conducts training and consulting for both public and private sectors, and for organizations like Integrated Facility Services, Minit Stop, Hawaii Petroleum, NAVSEA, Innovative Property Management, and Armstrong Produce.
Alish holds a Masters Degree from Columbia University in the field of Industrial Organization Psychology & Conflict Resolution, and a Bachelors. in Psychology from San Francisco State University. She holds certifications in Continuous Improvement, Master Facilitation, and Executive Coaching. She resides with her husband and two children on Oahu's North Shore.
